If you are applying a single team, then fill out the Team Registration Form.  The Team Application Form is for multi-team organizations committing to the OPL so they can participate in posting tryout information, etc.

The OPL Team Application Form is for Baseball Organizations that wish to apply multiple teams for the 2024 season.  The main purpose of the OPL Team Application Form is so organizations can commit teams to the 2024 season and can participate in posting tryout information and continue to receive correspondence from the league.   This forms allows organizations to apply without having head coaches in place for their team(s.)  

Once a head coach is determined, the league will still require the head coach or team administrator to submit a 2024 OPL Team Registration Form.
